Redhill and Reigate Badminton Club is run under a slightly modified constitution provided by Badminton England.

Committee members, who are responsible for running the club, are elected by members at the AGM, the most recent was held on in May 2026.

All members are encouraged to help run the club on a day to day basis, and lend a hand where necessary.
